Proposals for 2018 AAM Annual Meeting

    AAM will soon begin the process of accepting proposals for the 2018 AAM Annual Meeting, which will be in Phoenix AZ, May 6-9.    If you are interested in finding museums in Arizona (in my hat as Executive Director of the Museum Association of Arizona) or small museums (in my hat as Board member of AAM's Small Museum Administrators Committee) to be part of a session idea you are working on, please feel free to contact me (azmuseums@gmail.com).   The earlier we start talking the better the session proposal will be!

    Hi Janice-

    Thanks so much for the reminder. The AAMV Board will be putting together three/four sessions to make sure that volunteers and volunteer management and we welcome all members who are interested to let us know at this early stage so that we can put together as many strong sessions as possible.

    Currently, i'm working on a session about Teen Volunteers and am looking for presenters/panelists who have interested teen volunteering programs.
