The Volunteer Program Manager supports the mission of The Museum of Flight by leading and developing a volunteer program that meets the needs of the Museum and engages members of the community in new and meaningful ways. The Volunteer Program Manager is responsible for the daily operation, growth, and strategic vision of the Museum’s vibrant volunteer program which includes docents, interns, individuals, and group volunteers. This position is responsible for creating and implementing strategies for volunteer and community engagement as well as cultivating relationships with key partners, community-based organizations, civic clubs, aviation and aerospace groups, and local schools.
