Elisa Kosarin from Twentyhats.org is looking for potential participants for a conference proposal. 

The proposal is for an interactive session, where participants brainstorm new ways to engage volunteers through sociocratic circles. In the circles, members of the community partner with museums and other community organizations to resolve pressing community issues. During the session, participants will divide into groups and design their own sociocratic circles. We're looking for a volunteer manager to assist in supporting the breakout groups through this process. No prior background on the subject is needed - we will train.

The proposal is going to AAMG and ASTC, so we're looking for volunteer managers from the academic museum and science/tech space to assist.
