I'm working with a client that wants to educate staff about ways to engage volunteers beyond front desk, tours, gardening, or behind-the-scenes assistance in collections. I'd love to see examples of different kinds of volunteer roles - especially anything new or innovative.

Some of these roles might look like:

- New ways to engage community groups

- New virtual roles

- Volunteer roles within departments that don't typically engage volunteers, such as: Safety Human Resources, or Executive Level

- Any kind of new role that attracts a broad cross-section of the community
